Dough Bagel Co is a locally owned bagel shop in Thunder Bay!
We opened our doors in November 2022 in the heart of Westfort and have been proudly serving Thunder Bay ever since. Our name is inspired by Jessica’s Baba, who always said, “It’s all in the DOUGH” when making her famous pierogis! We bring that same passion and care into every bagel we make. Our recipes are rooted in the beloved Bagel Store classics, with a fresh twist of our own.
Every morning, we bake our bagels from scratch, without preservatives or additives, and craft our cream cheese flavours in-house. The result? One of a kind bagels that have earned us the title of Thunder Bay’s best every year since we opened!
